NOVEDADES OVERSEAS S.L. Spanish Property Auction
Novedades Overseas S.L. Group of Companies were the first to introduce British style property auctions to the Spanish property market in Alicante on the 19th of June 1993.
The auction was well attended and many of the lots were
sold. The auction was visited by both the national and provincial media,
who proclaimed it a commercial triumph.
Our auctions have consistently maintained their success up to November
16th , our last auction for 2007.
The November auction attracted under one roof a group of serious buyers
and sellers who shared in the success of a safe, speedy and satisfactory
method of buying and selling Spanish property.
